Virat Kohli will be playing his 100th Test Match next month. He has never faced Pakistan in the longer form of the game as a player. However, domestically he has played a red ball fixture against Pakistan in 2008 and he ended up on the losing side by virtue of first innings lead.
This was in a fixture between the winners of respective first class tournaments of Pakistan and India. India was hosting this fixture in that particular year. The concept of this annual first class fixture stopped after the Mumbai attacks later that year and hasn’t been revived since.
