However, Doull will miss the April and May visit of New Zealand to Pakistan due to working on the IPL.
But first up, Simon Doull will be commentating in the ICC T20 World Cup which starts on Sunday followed up by working for Amazon Prime for New Zealand’s white ball tour of India. However, Doull will miss the return white ball tour that New Zealand will make to India in the new year with him commentating in the newly launched UAE T20 league at the time instead.
Doull has previously visited Pakistan as a commentator twice in 2021 for the Pakistan vs South Africa T20Is in Lahore. He stayed on for the PSL that followed, but which was postponed having begun following a COVID outbreak during the tournament. He later returned for the Pakistan vs West Indies white ball series in December of that year, which also was postponed for COVID related reasons after the completion of the T20 leg of that trip.
